Delivery Information

We offer worldwide shipping on our reborn babies, doll kits and reborn supplies.

Orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. In-stock items are normally dispatched as soon as possible after payment has cleared. Where an item has a different dispatch time, this will be shown on the product page.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order and forthcoming doll kits will be dispatched once they arrive with us from the sculptor or supplier. Release and delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally change for reasons outside our control. If your order contains pre-order items, please be aware that these will not be available for immediate dispatch.

UK Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated according to your order and will be shown at checkout before payment.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied in their destination country.
